Refund & Cancellation Policy

Digital research service
AIOTOR provides digital research credits and optional digital checks. There is no physical shipment. A subscription or paper credit is activated only after verified payment confirmation from the payment provider.
Duplicate or failed payments
If you are charged twice for the same intended purchase, or a verified payment is captured but the purchased entitlement is not delivered, contact support@aiotor.com with the payment/order reference. We will investigate and correct the entitlement or process an appropriate refund.
Unused purchases
Refund eligibility for an unused digital plan depends on applicable law, the payment-provider rules and whether the digital entitlement has already been materially used. Paper credits already consumed by successful generation are not automatically restored by cancelling a subscription.
Publication Readiness
A separately paid Publication Readiness check is tied to the immutable manuscript version selected at purchase. If the check cannot run because the configured AIOTOR Gateway is unavailable, the job remains retryable without another payment. Where a service cannot be supplied, contact support for resolution.
How to request
Email support@aiotor.com from the account email and include the order/payment reference, date and reason. We may request information needed to verify ownership and prevent payment fraud.
