How access is delivered
AIOTOR Research OS sells digital service access. There are no physical goods and no shipping charge. After the payment provider confirms a captured/paid transaction, the corresponding paper credits or subscription entitlement are activated in the authenticated account.
Research output delivery
Generated papers, saved versions and export packages are delivered through the authenticated Research OS workspace. Large research jobs may be scheduled and completed when capacity is available. A paper credit is applied according to the success rules shown in the product.
Delayed activation
If a browser closes after payment, the signed payment webhook can still activate the entitlement. If an entitlement remains unavailable after a verified payment, contact support@aiotor.com.
